What Needs to Be Hooked Up

The order loop runs end-to-end in test mode today. Three things make it fully functional for real money:

Claim the Stripe account. In Dashboard → Integrations, click Claim Account so you own the sandbox and can flip on live keys when ready.

Courier Stripe Connect onboarding. Each rider completes Connect onboarding (at /courier/onboarding) so payouts actually land — right now payouts return 'stripe_not_ready' until this is done.

Register a Stripe webhook. A webhook endpoint pointed at the published app keeps orders in sync when payments fail or get refunded asynchronously.
